Dan joined Bell Pottinger Public Affairs as a consultant in February 2011 and has a background in consultancy, campaigning and local government.

Dan began his career at Thames Gateway London Partnership, a public sector lobbying body, before working as a political researcher for a healthcare specialist policy and public affairs company. He worked across the client base for pharmaceutical companies, professional groups and patient groups, running tailored engagement programmes across the health lobby. With the Health and Social Care White Paper emerging, Dan was responsible for keeping abreast of a radical and fast moving policy area and producing tailored briefings advising clients on the best way forwards.

At BPPA, Dan works on a wide range of policy areas, particularly in the healthcare and energy sectors.

Dan has a degree in English Literature from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, and is active in London politics.
