Account Director
Liz is an Account Director working across energy & environment, food & drink and health clients. Liz regularly attends seminars and lectures on these policy issues. She advises clients including National Grid, Ovo Energy, Kellogg’s and BACTA on their public affairs strategies and relationships with politicians, officials and regulators. She has also worked with BPPA’s international clients.
Liz joined BPPA in June 2009 from the House of Lords, where she worked for the Conservative Party as a researcher to the shadow education team. She supported the team on the passage of the Apprenticeships, Skills and Learning Act. She drafted amendments and speeches on the clauses relating to increasing apprenticeships and skills in the UK economy. Liz has also worked as a freelance broadcast assistant for CNN, Newsnight and at Wall to Wall on the BBC genealogy documentary ‘Who Do You Think You Are?’
Liz graduated from York University with a BA Hons in History and Politics and has a Masters from Bristol University. She is an active member of the Conservative Party.
