George has worked for the Bell Pottinger Group since 2006, joining BPPA in May 2007. A Consultant in BPPA’s Planning and Community Engagement Unit, he works for a number of property and planning clients such as First Base and St James Homes, mainly focusing in the London area and the Thames Gateway.

George helps clients navigate the complexities of local politics and community engagement to gain planning consent as quickly and as smoothly as possible. This involves everything from arranging pre-application meetings with council members to organising and running public consultations and exhibitions. George also works on a series of individual planning projects across London. He has previous experience working for a commercial property PR company, Porterfield PR.

George graduated from Hull University in 2006 with a degree in American Studies.
