Tim joined BPPA in August 2004. Aside from day-to-day account direction, Tim is a Parliamentary specialist whose expertise lies in advising clients on how best to navigate Westminster. He is also experienced in helping clients engage with select committees and preparing them prior to giving evidence.

Tim works mostly, but not exclusively, with organisations with an interest in financial and social inclusion. His current client portfolio includes two FTSE 100 companies, a FTSE 250 company and the world’s foremost e-commerce business. He has also worked with clients in the telecommunications, gambling and manufacturing sectors.

Prior to joining BPPA, Tim was the parliamentary assistant to Ben Chapman, the Labour MP for Wirral South, for two and a half years. Aside from day to day speech-writing and office management duties for Mr Chapman, Tim ran three all party parliamentary groups. He also acted as liaison with government departments in Mr Chapman's capacity as Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Minister for Sport and Tourism. Previous to that he was assistant to the Head of Policy at the Institute of Directors.
