360 London is a 43 storey residential tower and adjoining seven storey terrace designed by Richard Roger of Rogers Stirk Harbour.  It is on the site of the former London Park Hotel in the heart of the Elephant and Castle regeneration area of Southwark. The development also incorporates a new home for the Southwark Playhouse, café and new town square.

BPPA worked with First Base to deliver an extensive programme of briefings with local ward Councillors, the constituency MP, Council Executive Members, the GLA and Community Groups. As a result of this managed engagement programme, the scheme received considerable community support and unanimous cross-party backing when it came before the planning committee on 4 September 2007.
