Bell Pottinger Public Affairs has hired James McLoughlin as an Associate Director.

Formerly an Account Manager at Fleishman Hillard, James also worked on the Operation Team of Boris Johnson’s mayoral campaign.

He is due to join BPPA in time for the Conservative Conference.

BPPA Chairman Peter Bingle said, “James is wise, astute and forward-looking. He will ensure that BPPA remains even further ahead of any other public affairs company in the UK in knowledge and understanding of the Conservative-led Coalition Government.
